This innovative technology lifts a car and places it on an elevator that travels at passenger speed and, using sensors, delivers car and driver to the appropriate floor. There the car is lifted into a parking space next to the owner’s unit. The car remains visible from the residence. This technology, while used already in New York, will not be repeated in the Miami area, says developer Gil Dezer.
